Tan part of 2013 Porsche Fascination Experience
Dorr McElrea driver, Yuey Tan will participate in the 2013 Porsche Fascination Experience in China, as an ambassador to the brand and of course in his capacity as a Porsche Carrera Cup Asia driver.
The event is being held across two locations, with the first stop being on Jun 13 to Jun 16 and Beijing from Jun 27 and Jun 30.
Porsche expect approximately 6,000 people coming through the personalised Porsche experience, made of some fantastic Porsche activities on offer for their best clients, media and VIP groups.
The German sports car company will be showcasing 50 years of the iconic 911, presenting the 356, 911, 2.4S, 911 Turbo, 911 Crrera Cabrio, 964 Carrera S, 993 Targa and the 996 Turbo road cars. Race cars being displayed also include the 924 GTR, 996 GT3 RSR, 997 GT3 RSR, coupled with Audio Tours and the new customised iPad Apps.
Racing simulators, PCCA Podium Photo Booths, Porsche’s heritage corner and a Carrera Cup demo with the GT3 Cup cars will also be featured in the Beijing edition of the Fascination Experience. Here, the GT3 Cup Cars will take to the Goldenport Circuit and taxi rides will be available for clients.
The all Porsche fun fare will also have a heritage parade , G-Force Experience, off road experience, and test drivers for VIP and Media visitors to the event. “It’s great to be part of the 2013 Porsche Fascination Experience,” said Tan. “In 2012, I hear many stories that the drivers and Porsche had a great time putting on the Fascination Experience in China, education of the brand and what we stand for being on top of that list.”

Porsche Carrera Cup Asia drivers involved in the event include Jebsen’s Rodolfo Avila, Zhang Da Shen from Team Bastetex, and Benjamin Rouget from Team Yongda.
