EduTorque seals deal with Dorr Havelock Racing

The company vision – Our vision is to be the stronghold in motorsports education, providing quality and engaging automotive programmes for the youths, in order to infuse a positive attitude towards motorsports.
Company founder and Chief Executive, Calvin Lim has been moving in the education direction of motorsport for quite some time teaching in schools all across the nation in an informative, fun and educational way. EduTorque’s syllabus in automotive and motorsport has been a great scientific way to look at things, and how different facets of the work force can also get involved in a fun application, such as motor racing.
Now in 2014, Lim has gone one step further and founded the EduTorque Racing Team that races karts, alongside commercial partnerships with Porsche Carrera Cup Asia driver, Yuey Tan.

Singaporean driver, Tan was also very pleased with the new partnership, citing a constructive outlook on the potential of working with EduTorque.
“This has been a fantastic partnership between EduTorque and the Dorr Havelock Racing Team. Their point man Calvin Lim has a great love for the sport, and the correct infrastructure and thought process to teach courses in automotive and motorsport. It’s great that school kids receive this opportunity and I think Singapore’s next race driver could very well have just sat in an EduTorque class.”
EduTorque also have a new promotional video production, being released shortly on their website featuring the Singaporean race driver, Yuey Tan, the video also being distributed in schools across Singapore, as part of the EduTorque syllabus on automotive and motorsport.
